Information we collect

We collect account and company details, user roles, project and customer records, schedules, daily reports, labor entries, production quantities, uploaded photos and documents, support communications, subscription information, and technical security logs. Payment-card information is intended to be processed by Stripe rather than stored by Pro Daily Link.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure the service, isolate company workspaces, process requested features, support users, maintain backups, improve workflows, communicate important account information, and comply with law.

Location, photos, and voice

Location is used only when a user chooses location-based features such as weather. Photos may include capture metadata supplied by the device. Voice or typed field notes may be processed to transcribe, translate, or organize a draft. Users should review generated results before submitting them.

Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, database and file storage, payments, email, artificial intelligence, weather, and error monitoring. Current planned providers include Render, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, OpenAI, Open-Meteo, and Sentry. Providers receive only the information needed for their function and operate under their own terms.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized users of the customer’s company, service providers, or legal authorities when required. Time-limited support access is logged and should be used only for a documented support purpose.

Security and retention

We use tenant boundaries, role-based permissions, encrypted connections, private storage, credential hashing, backups, logging, and access controls. No system is completely secure. Final retention and deletion schedules will be published before paid public launch.

Customer responsibilities and choices

Company account owners control users and project access. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete information may be sent to the contact below. Certain records may be retained when required for security, billing, dispute resolution, or law.

Children

Pro Daily Link is a business service and is not intended for children under 13.

Policy changes

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and communicated when legally required.
