Terms of Service

Effective September 17, 2026

These Terms govern access to Pro Daily Link. By creating an account, the subscribing company and its authorized users agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Pro Daily Link provides construction scheduling, daily reporting, photo documentation, production tracking, reporting, and related tools. It supports business decisions but does not replace professional accounting, payroll, legal, safety, engineering, or insurance advice.

2. Accounts and authorized users

The customer is responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, assigning appropriate roles, and activity performed through its accounts. Access must be promptly removed when a user is no longer authorized.

3. Customer data

The customer retains ownership of its submitted data. The customer grants Pro Daily Link permission to host, process, back up, and display that data only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. The customer must have permission to upload employee information, photos, documents, and project records.

4. Acceptable use

Users may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or malicious material, or use it to violate privacy, employment, safety, or other applicable laws.

5. Subscriptions and trials

The free trial lasts 14 days unless otherwise stated. Monthly plans are Starter at $99, Growth at $199, and Pro at $399. Annual plans are $990, $1,990, and $3,990 respectively, representing two months free. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled. Pricing, taxes, refund terms, plan limits, and any fair-use limits will be shown before purchase. Failure to pay may result in restricted access.

6. Assisted onboarding

Self-guided onboarding is included. Virtual Launch is currently offered at $4,500 one-time. Complete On-Site Implementation starts at $24,500 plus travel, with domestic all-inclusive implementations generally starting near $39,500. Final scope, dates, travel, fees, deposit, and availability require written confirmation. Selecting an option during signup is a request, not a confirmed appointment or purchase.

7. Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may change to improve security, usability, or performance. Planned changes that materially reduce paid functionality will be communicated when practical.

8. Warranty disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. Pro Daily Link is not responsible for decisions made from incomplete, incorrect, or unverified field information. Final liability language, exclusions, and any monetary cap require attorney review before public launch.

9. Termination and data export

Customers may cancel according to their subscription terms. We may suspend access for nonpayment, security threats, or material violations. Final data-export and deletion timelines will be stated in the production data-retention policy.
