BUILT FROM 25 YEARS IN THE WORK

The paperwork problem wasn’t theoretical. I lived it.

Pro Daily Link was built to give contractors a clearer answer to one question: what actually happened on the job today?

Why I built Pro Daily Link

I spent 25 years in excavation and concrete, including running the excavation side of the business. Every day brought the same chase: tickets were lost, damaged, or never turned in. Paperwork arrived at the end of the project—if it arrived at all. I could be responsible for several jobs and still not have a reliable picture of where any of them stood.

I spent hours tracking quantities across projects when I should have been in the field, supporting the crews, or finding the next job.

The reporting tools I tried didn’t fit the work. Per-seat pricing made it harder to include the whole crew, and the software rarely spoke the language contractors use: yards moved, concrete poured, quantities installed, and labor hours used.

So I built Pro Daily Link. A foreman can speak or type a field note on a phone. AI helps organize the draft, the foreman verifies it, and the office reviews it. Once approved, labor and installed quantities update production. Work outside the estimate is flagged early so the office can decide whether it belongs on an estimate line, in T&M, or in the change process.

Construction teams should not have to choose between doing the work and knowing where the work stands.

THE STANDARD

Built for the people who have to use it at the end of a long day.

01

Keep the field simple

Short steps, clear language, and useful defaults. The field verifies the record instead of filling out office software.

02

Keep the numbers honest

Drafts stay separate from approved production, and the source of AI suggestions remains visible.

03

Catch the gap early

Missing quantities, unplanned work, and labor running ahead should surface while there is still time to act.
